Mumbai Legal Consultancy provides:

• Initial legal consultation services
• Legal advice and guidance
• Document preparation and review
• Legal representation (when engaged)
• Case analysis and strategy development

Important: Initial consultation is for preliminary advice only and does not constitute full legal representation unless explicitly agreed upon.

Free Consultation:

• Limited to initial assessment and preliminary advice
• Duration typically 15-30 minutes
• Does not include document preparation or court representation
• Subject to lawyer availability

Paid Services:

• Detailed legal analysis and strategy
• Document drafting and review
• Court representation and litigation
• Ongoing legal support

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Disclose all relevant facts about your case
• Respond promptly to requests for information
• Pay agreed fees on time
• Follow legal advice and instructions
• Maintain confidentiality when required

No Guarantee of Outcomes:

Legal outcomes cannot be guaranteed. We provide professional advice based on our expertise, but results depend on various factors including court decisions, opposing parties, and changing laws.

Jurisdiction:

Our services are primarily for matters within Mumbai, Maharashtra, and governed by Indian law. We may refer cases outside our jurisdiction to qualified partners.

Emergency Situations:

For urgent legal matters requiring immediate attention, contact us directly by phone rather than using online forms.

• Initial consultation is provided free of charge
• Subsequent services are charged as per agreed fee structure
• Payment terms will be clearly communicated before engagement
• Court fees, filing charges, and third-party costs are additional
• Refund policy applies as per individual service agreements

Either party may terminate the professional relationship:

• With reasonable notice (typically 30 days)
• Immediately for breach of terms
• Upon completion of agreed services
• Due to conflict of interest

Upon termination, we will provide necessary case files and assist in transition to new counsel if required.
